Job Summary:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the technical staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and teams to identify and attract candidates with the right technical skills and cultural fit. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a strong understanding of technology roles, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for finding and connecting with exceptional technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  3. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  4. Assessment and Evaluation: Collaborate with hiring teams to develop interview questions and assessment criteria for technical roles. Evaluate candidates based on technical proficiency and alignment with company values.

  5. Candidate Engagement: Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback while building strong candidate relationships.

  6. Offer Negotiation: Work closely with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the acceptance process.

  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.

  8. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology, particularly in software development, IT, and engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment is a plus.
