Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Assessment and Evaluation: Collaborate with hiring teams to develop interview questions and assessment criteria for technical roles. Evaluate candidates based on technical proficiency and alignment with company values.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback while building strong candidate relationships.
Offer Negotiation: Work closely with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the acceptance process.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
