DSD Recruitment is looking for an experienced Laravel Full-Stack Developer to develop a complete recruitment website and web-based recruitment management platform.
The UI/UX design will be provided in Figma. We need a developer who can convert the designs into a fully functional, responsive, secure, and scalable Laravel application.

AI-Powered CV Matching
An important part of the project is AI-powered candidate matching.
When a candidate uploads a CV and applies for a job, the system should analyze the CV against the Job Description and provide:
- 0–100% match score
- Matching skills
- Missing skills/requirements
- Relevant experience analysis
- Short explanation of the match
- Recruiter review/override option
Experience with OpenAI API or similar AI/LLM integrations and CV parsing is highly preferred.
