Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Craft and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
- Research and identify potential clients for lead generation through various platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.)
- Write compelling content and copy for emails, ads, and landing pages
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
- Continuously look for creative ways to increase brand visibility and client acquisition
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, email outreach, or lead generation
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
- Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot, Apollo.io, Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Excellent English writing skills – especially for content and emails
- Ability to work independently and meet goals on time
- A creative mindset with a results-driven attitude
