Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and advocate for our enterprise clients and channel partners, ensuring they realize maximum value from our solutions while achieving their financial and operational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise client engagement, and SaaS or healthcare technology platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Partnership & Strategic Planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s goals, challenges, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to build success plans and strategic roadmaps aligned with their business objectives.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client executives, departmental leaders, and key users.
- Drive success plans to communicate performance, opportunities, and help our customers achieve their outcomes
- Serve as an internal advocate for the client, coordinating with product, implementation, support, and sales teams.
- Value Realization & Retention
- Monitor client health metrics to proactively address risks and identify upsell opportunities.
- Drive client engagement, solution adoption, and satisfaction.
- Ensure contract renewals through exceptional relationship and outcome management.
- Revenue Cycle Expertise
- Translate technical product capabilities into RCM-specific use cases and benefits.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Implementation, Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve client issues and deliver a seamless experience.
- Provide client feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap priorities.
This Role Is For You If You Have
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, ideally with enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver measurable client outcomes.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or healthcare IT solutions is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with EHRs (e.g., Kipu, Epic, Cerner, Meditech) or and revenue cycle management platforms.
