Your role as Business Consultant within the Operations team

The operations team consists of four members and we are currently expanding with both a Business Consultant as well as a Technical Consultant. In the Business Consultant role, you will work on a group of customers for which you will set up the platform and provide support in reconciling the financial process of the order to cash flow. Furthermore, you will assist active users with inquiries and setup analysis and proactively recommend improvements to enhance their platform experience. You understand the order to cash processes behind financial transactions and have the right accounting knowledge to discuss the financial process of a customer with regards to monitoring their transactions.
