Job Summary:

As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to our employees and management team. You will work closely with various departments to implement HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
    • Maintain a positive employee relations environment.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
    • Assist in new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
  3. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
    • Promote professional growth and development opportunities for employees.
  4. Benefits Administration:

    • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for benefits-related inquiries.
    • Assist with open enrollment processes.
  5. Performance Management:

    • Collaborate with management to implement performance management processes.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee feedback.
  6. HR Compliance:

    • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
    • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  7. HR Reporting:

    • Generate HR reports and analytics to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
  8. Other HR Duties:

    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
