We’re partnering with a high-growth company in the healthcare and technology space to hire an experienced Vice President of Clinical Operations. This is a critical executive role focused on leading and scaling the clinical operations strategy as the company continues to expand its national footprint.

This role goes far beyond day-to-day management, it’s about setting the vision, ensuring clinical excellence, and driving operational efficiency across a multi-state organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to improve quality of care, enhance patient outcomes, and support a scalable infrastructure.

What You’ll Own:

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all clinical and operational matters.

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery across all sites.

Lead multi-state clinical teams and develop the leadership pipeline across nursing, care delivery, and allied health functions.

Build and implement systems that support consistent standards of care, documentation, and patient safety.

Develop and track KPIs related to patient outcomes, quality, staffing, and financial performance.

Partner with regulatory, compliance, and legal teams to maintain accreditation and licensing standards.

Scale operational processes to support new market entry, acquisitions, or service line expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of progressive leadership in clinical operations, with at least 3 years in a VP or regional leadership role.

Deep understanding of the healthcare delivery ecosystem, ideally across outpatient, home health, or value-based care models.

Proven success managing complex, multi-state operations in a high-growth or change-oriented environment.

Strong command of healthcare compliance, accreditation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).

Exceptional leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance clinical quality and operational performance.
