Our client is looking a strategic and hands-on Head of Learning and Development to lead there global learning strategy. In this fully remote role, you’ll design, implement, and manage programs that accelerate employee growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy.
- Lead initiatives for leadership development, onboarding, professional skills training, and career pathing.
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Oversee external training providers, online platforms, and internal resources.
- Measure program success and continually refine based on feedback and business needs.
- Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage a small team of L&D specialists and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Own the L&D budget and maximize the ROI of all learning investments.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Track record of building scalable, global L&D programs — preferably in a remote-first environment.
- Expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and digital learning solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary: ~$180,000–$190,000
- Bonus: 15–20% of base salary (~$27,000–$38,000)
- Equity: Potential additional annualized value of ~$20,000–$30,000 (varies by company valuation)
Total target compensation: ~$210,000–$250,000
