Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations and management of the travel agency
• Develop and implement annual business plans and strategies
• Maintain and expand relationships with government bodies and external partners
• Oversee market research, sales planning, and promotional activities
• Supervise product design and control costs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners: hotels, airlines, and tourist attractions

Requirements:

• Aged under 50 (open to all genders)
• 1–3 years of experience as a General Manager in an international travel agency
• Must be an ethnic Chinese from Southeast Asia
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong industry network, including hotel and airline partnerships
• Based in Dubai or open to relocating
